What does LevelOps PDF to Order do?

Our Shopify app automates the creation of draft orders from purchase emails and PDF attachments. Once installed, simply forward order emails to your unique LevelOps address and Shopify draft orders are generated automatically—no templates or manual data entry required.

How do I set up the app?

Install the app from the Shopify App Store. After installation, your product catalog loads automatically, and we generate a unique forwarding email address. Forward any order email with a PDF to that address to create Shopify draft orders instantly.

How quickly can we start using the app?

You can start within minutes. Product sync typically takes 2-5 minutes depending on catalog size. Once synced, your unique forwarding email address becomes active immediately. You can self-onboard or request our free onboarding service for guided setup.

How does the app handle customer and pricing data?

Customers are identified by the email address in the PDF or message. If the customer doesn't exist in Shopify, we still create the draft order. Pricing uses your standard Shopify pricing rules or customer-specific catalogs—leveraging Shopify's native features.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes. Every new store gets 5 free credits to test the app with real PDFs. Use them to confirm that parsing works correctly and to measure how much manual data entry time you can eliminate.

What are your pricing plans?

Starter: $50/month for up to 15 orders ($3.33/order). Growth: $250/month for up to 100 orders ($2.50/order). Enterprise: $750/month for up to 500 orders ($1.50/order) with premium support included.

What support options do you offer?

All plans include email support in English and French with response times under 24 hours. Enterprise plans include priority phone support. We also offer free onboarding assistance to help you get started.

How accurate is the product matching?

Our AI-powered matching is highly accurate, even with vague product descriptions or missing SKUs. The system learns from your catalog and can match products based on partial descriptions, alternative names, or contextual information. You can review draft orders before finalizing them.

What file formats does the app support?

The app processes PDF attachments, Excel files (XLS/XLSX), CSV files, Word documents, and email body text. No specific template or format is required—our AI can parse various purchase order layouts and formats automatically.

Does this work with my existing Shopify workflows?

Yes. The app creates standard Shopify draft orders that work seamlessly with your existing workflows, inventory management, customer data, and pricing rules. Orders appear in your Shopify admin just like manually created draft orders.
