The Challenge
Canada Compressor Parts (a brand of Rotamac Inc.) is a Quebec-based distributor specializing in replacement parts for air compressors. Every week, they process a high volume of complex B2B orders — each with unique technical specs per client.
These orders arrived as Excel or PDF files and had to be manually re-entered into their ERP system — time-consuming, repetitive, and prone to error. The goal: automate without disrupting operations.
The Solution
On October 23rd, at the Salon Industriel de Terrebonne, Joey Desrosiers discovered LevelOps. Impressed by its simplicity, he installed PDF to Order on the spot — in 2 minutes, fully operational, no configuration required.
LevelOps automatically extracts order information from PDF or Excel files, structures and validates it, then records it directly into the ERP via Shopify — plug-and-play, every week.
What I loved is that LevelOps adapted to how we work — without forcing us to change everything. I've tried other tools before, but never one that saved me this much time, this fast.
