Do I need all three apps?

No. Start with PDF to Order — it's live on the App Store today. Add PO Manager when you want to close the Shopify ↔ QuickBooks purchasing loop. Add Pick Pack Ship when you're ready to digitize the warehouse. Each app works standalone; together they're more powerful.

Does this replace Katana or an MRP?

For distributors who buy and sell without manufacturing, yes — PO Manager replaces the need for Katana. For manufacturers with BOMs and production orders, Katana still adds value on the production side. We can help you figure out which path fits.

How does the Shopify ↔ QuickBooks sync work?

PO Manager creates purchase orders natively in Shopify using Shopify's PO API, then pushes them to QuickBooks as bills. When goods are received and invoices match, the bill is approved and payment logged. Full procure-to-pay cycle — no manual re-entry.

What happened to Stocky?
